Return & Replacement Policy
We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.
IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUE, QUALITY CONCERNS, OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES.
- We publish product sizes in the product description for customer reference.
- REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION.
- UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.

Eligible Cases For Replacement
Our 1-day replacement policy is applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong Item Received (must be verified through unboxing video)
- Defective or Damaged Item Received (must be verified through unboxing video)
Cases Not Eligible For Replacement
- Any item damaged or washed by the customer.
- Any item not returned in its original packaging, including original box and inserts.
- Any item not in its original condition.
- Health-related products are not returnable.
- Size issues, quality preferences, or change of mind.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, with all inserts, and in its original packaging.
Based on the photos and unboxing video shared by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted. The decision of our team shall be final.
We charge a flat return fee of тВ╣120 in case of accepted returns related to size issues.
In case of prepaid orders, if the customer is unavailable or delivery could not be completed successfully by our courier partners, refunds will be issued to the customer's UPI ID or QR Code after deducting shipping charges.
We are not responsible if the customer overpays the courier partner without verifying the COD amount mentioned on the invoice.
If the customer contacts us after the 1-day replacement period has expired, ShopsBuy will not be able to process such requests.
Approved returns will only be refunded to the customer's UPI ID or QR Code.

If your product is damaged or defective, you may send the product photo, invoice photo, and opening video to the same email address from which you received your order confirmation. Requests made after 1 day from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in exceptional situations, such as:
- Orders delayed by multiple weeks.
- Repeated delivery of incorrect or damaged products.
Approved refunds will be issued to the customer's bank account via UPI or Net Banking.
How To Start A Return / Replacement
- Email your Order Number and registered Phone Number/Email ID to helpcenter48h@gmail.com.
- If eligible, you will be provided instructions for return or replacement.
- Include your Order Number, product photos, unboxing video, and any additional comments.
- If approved, we will arrange a return pickup request.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the replacement or refund if applicable.
- For refund requests, please share your UPI ID for processing.
If return pickup service is unavailable at your pincode, you will need to courier the product to us. The replacement will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 1 day if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
